Boosting the personal leadership competencies of your students' parents, teachers, and support staff is critical to creating a healthy learning environment.
For parents, we provide interactive workshops to inform, empower, and support parents as the first leaders and role models for their children. For teachers and support staff, our dynamic workshops focus on personal leadership, team dynamics, and wellness.
All workshop offerings include:

Through sharing of research-based frameworks, highly participative activities, group discussion, and reflection exercises; the Parents as Leaders workshop series is designed to help participants work on their personal leadership competencies in connection to the behaviors and values they want to impart to their children.
With a focus on positive parenting, strengthening life skills, and becoming more engaged in their child’s learning process; the Parents as Leaders program is a great complement to a school’s parental involvement and parent engagement activities as a “Parent University.”
