A customized, interactive experience fueled by behavioral assessments, best practice frameworks, and experiential exercises to help your team members gain self-awareness, decrease conflict, understand the work styles of their peers, and develop an action plan for strengthening collaboration on the team.
Why is it Important?
It’s been estimated that up to 92% of workplace conflicts are the result of misunderstandings and communication breakdowns. And this is to be expected when you have lots of different people, from different backgrounds, with different personalities all working in the same place. These conflicts contribute to lower productivity, team morale, and motivation on the team.
The first step to building stronger communication is awareness. By identifying how we are similar and different, we can make cognitive choices when interacting to create stronger, more engaged relationships.
The Team Collaboration Lab helps team members build connection, establish trust, and improve communication…which ultimately creates a higher performing team that meet company goals.

“When I reached out to Knights Consulting, my Chapter’s Executive Board was newly formed and transitioning during the COVID-19 environment. I was feeling nxious, so I decided to bring all the Chapter leaders together to gain a common understanding of how we were going move the Chapter forward. We needed help with seeing ourselves and pinpointing our creativity to do things differently in this new environment. Laura helped us to see ourselves, prioritize efforts, and frame the problem to get to the desired end state. After working with Laura, I felt relieved to have a framework to move our Chapter forward. Thanks to the assistance we received from the Knights Consulting firm, I feel motivated and re-energized and I have a renewed sense of direction. The training was excellent!"
